Meldreth Tennis Club has been established for over 40 years and has a flourishing membership. All ages are welcome. Play is on two hard courts adjacent to the recreation ground behind Meldreth Village Hall, where there is free parking.

Members have free use of the courts, and club sessions take place all year round, as follows:

  • Mondays 10.00 – 11.30am
  • Wednesdays  9.30am – 12 noon
  • Thursdays 10.00 – 11.30am
  • Saturdays 10.30am – noon
  • From April to October we also have a session on Tuesday evenings from 6.00 – 8.00 pm.
  • A family club session takes place on Sundays 9.30am – 12 noon.

Coaching is also available. For more details see www.mftennis.com or contact our Coach, Matt Fellingham on 07779 273665.

The Club is keen to welcome new members, either working or living in Meldreth, Melbourn and the surrounding villages. Tennis tournaments and social events are held during the year. We also play in the Cambridgeshire LTA League.

Following an extensive refurbishment of the courts in 2017, the courts are now kept locked. However, one of the courts is available for public use. Details can be found on our website and bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance by booking in person at The British Queen in the High Street.

For more information, please see the Tennis Club’s website or contact the Secretary, Tracy Aggett on (01763) 243376 or come along to one of the club sessions.

Information on the history of the club is available on another page.
